Application Fee
$51.50 per adultDue when you submit your application. Pay once per applicant. Includes the 3% processing fee. Non-refundable.

$515.00You can pay this with your application, before approval. Paid then, it works as earnest money: it secures your apartment while your application is reviewed, and it is refunded in full within 10 business days if your application isn't approved. If you withdraw after approval it is not refunded. Includes the 3% processing fee.
