$51.50 per adultDue when you submit your application. Pay once per applicant. Includes the 3% processing fee. Non-refundable.

$515.00Due after your application is approved. Pay only once the office has confirmed your approval; it holds the home for you. Non-refundable if you withdraw after approval. Includes the 3% processing fee.
