Maintenance
Routine Requests
For non-emergency maintenance, submit a request through your AppFolio resident portal. It goes straight to the maintenance team, and you can track the status there.

Emergency Maintenance
For after-hours emergencies only:
- Flooding or major water leak
- No heat (winter) or no AC (summer)
- Fire or smoke damage
- Gas smell or carbon monoxide
- Lock-out or security issue

Community Guidelines
General Policies
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
- Guest parking in designated areas only
- No grilling on balconies or patios
- Report suspicious activity to the office
- Keep common areas clean and tidy
Pet Policies
- Pets must be registered with the office
- Dogs must be leashed in common areas
- Pick up after your pet immediately
- Breed restrictions apply
- Pet insurance required
Assistance animals are handled through the office's reasonable-accommodation process, not the pet policy. Contact the office to request one.
Pool Rules (Seasonal)
- Open Memorial Day - Labor Day
- Hours: 10 AM - 9 PM daily
- No lifeguard on duty - swim at own risk
- No glass containers in pool area
- Guests must be accompanied by resident
Move-Out Procedures
- Provide 30-day written notice
- Schedule move-out inspection
- Return all keys and access devices
- Leave unit in clean condition
- Provide forwarding address for deposit
