This takes about ten minutes, and you can save and come back. The office reviews every application personally, usually within a couple of business days.
A few details before you start
- Your progress saves for 14 days, on this device and, once you've entered your email, securely with the office too, so you can continue on another device ("Already started on another device?" below). On a shared or public computer, use when you're done.
- After you apply, the office calls you to finish screening. What we look for: income, rental history, credit. Answers to what income do I need and do I need a co-signer are on the FAQ.

One Step Left: The Application Fee
Your application has been received, but it won't be reviewed until the $51.50 per-adult application fee is paid.

Want to secure your apartment now? (optional)
You can pay your $300 security deposit and $200 administration fee with your application: $515.00 online, including the 3% card fee. Paid now, it works as earnest money: it secures your apartment while your application is reviewed, and it is refunded in full within 10 business days if your application isn't approved. If you withdraw after approval it is not refunded.
Pay $515.00 earnest money →Entirely optional. If you skip this, the deposit and administration fee are simply due after approval as usual.

Is someone applying with you?
Each adult files their own application. Send them this link and the office will review your applications together. It's also in your confirmation email.
Applying with a co-signer?
Enter their email and we'll send them their part. They fill a five-minute application, and the office reviews yours together.
Once the fee is received we review your application and usually contact you within a couple of business days.
About screening: we don't collect Social Security numbers online. The office will call you to finish screening, or you can call us at (865) 573-2323.
After approval, the administration fee and security deposit are also payable online.
