Website Analytics & Cookies

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site; which pages are viewed, the general area a visit comes from (city level), and the type of device used. This information is collected through cookies, is reported to us only in aggregate, and is not used to identify you personally. We use it solely to improve the website and understand interest in the community.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the website will continue to work normally.

Online Payments

Application fees, deposits, and other payments made through links on this site are processed by Intuit (QuickBooks) on their own secure payment pages. Your card or bank details are entered directly with Intuit; we never see or store them.

Rental Applications

The online application collects your contact details, current and previous addresses and landlord contacts, employment and income, vehicle, emergency contact, answers to the rental and background history questions, and your typed signature. We do not collect Social Security numbers online; the office collects that by phone when screening begins.

Submissions are delivered to the leasing office and stored in the property's lead database (hosted in the United States) so the office can track your application. Access is limited to the leasing office and the site administrator. Application records are kept for up to two years, then deleted; to request earlier deletion, email office@cherokeeridgeapts.com.

If an application is declined based in whole or in part on a consumer report, you will receive an adverse action notice naming the reporting agency, and you may obtain a free copy of the report and dispute its contents with that agency.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure.
